2011 Deicer Training Dates held at the Global Factory, Olathe, Kansas.   These are two-day classes that will cover maintenance and troubleshooting of the various products.

Two Day Courses:

All Classes for 2011 have been completed.  Please contact Charles Preston if you require on-site training.  Please check back for 2012 class dates.

 Class sizes are limited to no less than eight and no more than eighteen students per class. (Classes with less than eight students will be canceled and the attendees will be asked to reschedule into another class date.) Due to the limited space availability, classes will fill up quickly - reserve your slot as soon as possible. The class fee is $300 per student. Lodging and transportation expenses are the responsibility of each student, however, Global will gladly assist in making suggestions and reservations. Global Training CD


Global Ground Support is furthering its training capabilities with a new Interactive Training CD. This CD covers all aspects of the Global Ultimate Deicer. It allows you to take an entire training course without the costs of attending an actual training class. It is also ideal as a troubleshooting or refresher tool by simply selecting the system or component in question. The cd is equipped with a search engine, quizzes after each chapter and a complete set of electronic schematics.
